More than a decade-long dental chain establishment offering dental services with the latest technology yet the brand has become very lack luster already and chain-competition has opened up and started competing on the same grounds and on the same offerings. Working with the marketing team, we wanted to change the conversation of this dental brand and creating a unique positioning that will differentiate them from their competitors. Strategizing and crafting a message that would hit on a more personal note for their new gen market and their brand new families we focused on the story and the main root reason on why they would go to a dentist, and that is because when you have better teeth, you will have a better smile. MetroDental's new mission is to do everything they can to make you smile better and service you with all loving smiles.
The new familiar identity reflects as well this as well message. It is a continuation of the brand's story of teeth specialists in the metro to pushing it and evolve the way it positions itself in the market as dentists who love to make you smile.
